 BUBBLE OF LIGHT 

When life feels heavy or overwhelming, anxious or uncertain, an impactful way to protect your personal energy is a technique often referred to as "wrapping yourself in a bubble of light". It only takes a minute or two and kids love this technique as they are masters at imagination. Wrapping yourself in a bubble of light is impactful for adults and children.

You and your child can ‘bubble up’ every day or just when you feel it’s needed. 

Some examples can be; before your kiddo leaves for school, or an activity, if they're spending a night away from you, or even simply to wind down at bedtime.
